The person who took my order was nice, but the decibel of the speaker was set to concert level.
The person who took my money couldn't talk to me because his manager was hollering at him about a previous customer.
Fries were lukewarm at best.
My burger was incredibly greasy, the bacon was horribly chewy, the bun was rock hard, and my soda was mostly carbonation.
If you can avoid this particular Wendy's, I strongly suggest it. I hope the parking lot crows enjoyed my meal.

The rep that took my order was very kind & extremely professional…..unfortunately my food was 100% wrong. Cheese was not added to my sandwich as I requested & asked for & my potato wedges was cold. This is not the first time this has happened. I tried to ignore it because makes happen but it seems as if things don’t get corrected at all. I will not be going back……

Apparently no one can take drive thru orders on a Sunday? Waited for over 5 minutes at the speaker with no one aknowledging that we were waiting. Pulled up to the window to be told by the person at the window they don't take orders. Also told the wait was due to the dining room being open? Grabbed Journey (the manager???) who lapped the building to come back and say she will grab someone who can take an order. No thank you. Went for MCnuggets instead.

Pulled up to order breakfast and the lunch/dinner menu was up. No one bothered to change it to breakfast. I thought that, maybe they had just opened, but nope, it was 7:45am and they had been open well over an hour. Next, I paid for my meal and the lady told me to pull up to the door. She told 2 other cars to do the same, because soon a line was forming. We waited here for over 15min, with one car angrily leaving. Finally 2 employees walking slow and carelessly came out with my food (I don't know why it took 2 to do this job). Anyway, they clearly don't care. It makes you wonder how sanitary the food is if they act this horribly toward their customers.

Manager and staff are always very nice. Food is always correct and fresh.. Service is wildly slow.. they're an extremely busy location, but sometimes you get stuck in line for waaay too long. I'm talking upwards of 15 minutes. I'm an app user, so unfortunately, I pre-pay a lot, and have had this happen a couple of times now. I've even let orders go to the wayside because I couldn't wait. 3 stars purely because they're such nice people! :)

After waiting 25 minutes in line they got my order wrong. No big deal. I tell them I'm missing part of my order at the window they notify me I was only charged for one. I offer to pay for the 2nd one and they say they can't help me and that I have to go back through the drive through. Normally no big deal if it was for me but it was for my kids. The manager I dealt with on top of it did not care and refused to give me a number to call to make a complaint. I asked for the district managers name and was given it. Very poor management I will not go back.

If you would like your food to be anywhere near what you order I would suggest going elsewhere. This Wendy's is ran by people who obviously do not care about quality or even accuracy. Sorry excuse for a Wendy's, I've gotten better service and quality at McDonald's. And apparently the chocolate frosty machine has been broken for at least a month. So save your money and go somewhere else, cause again, this Wendy's is a joke.

Long wait everytime I order. Wouldn't be that bad but, I literally watched an employee insult and argue with a customer on my last visit. Staff is out right rude. Had a power outage I the area, called to see if they had power, the employee who answered, said hello then hung up before I could say anything.
I don't know what happened, this location is horrible now.
