Buns over toasted, got the wrong food. Then watched an employee come out of the back, go into the bathroom with gloves on, he was in the bathroom for a good 5 mins, came back out of the bathroom with gloves on.... Went back into the kitchen... We will never be back!!! Absolutely disgusting!!!!

Since a long return to Ohio I found this particular store in Cuyahoga Falls. This by far is the best Mr.Hero in the Cleveland/Akron area. Fresh bread and toppings.
Silly as it sounds this is probably the last decent Mr Hero around anywhere.

I had a hot buttered cheesesteak meal yesterday and have been sick since. I called a second ago to inform the staff, he acted like I was lying. I told him the last thing I want is more food from you especially with this extreme abdominal pain. If you value your stomach avoid this place

I can't honestly recommend Mr. Hero anymore. The service and staff were good enough, it's the food that isn't. 2 14" combos and both were 80-90% bread with a whopping 4-5 fries each. I personally won't be back as what I got was sure as hell not worth the $32 that was paid. After seeing that the responder from Mr. Hero completely missed the point of the review I now have to make it one star. The price wasn't the problem, it was the lack of product for the price. If you are going to keep those prices then giving your customers as little meat and sides as possible is ripping them off.
