If I could give negative stars I would. I used to order from here all the time and never have experienced what I experienced today. I order a family meal and had it delivered. I also ordered a few extra sides and a dessert. When my meal arrived, all I got was corn, and a chicken that was not cooked all the way and same with the ribs. Paid over 100 dollars for the food. I will be contacting corporate.

I was there to pick up a catering order for delivery.
It wasnt ready, the cook was arguing with one of the girls, and the HEAT was on up front.
It was 85 degrees outside,
And yet the heat was on up front. Just the 15 min wait for the order was unbearable. Just so hot

I’m sorry but that was the worst meatloaf I’ve ever had in my life . I thought red sauce was marinara sauce not salsa 🤢🤢🤢 I should’ve got chicken!!! the texture was odd!!! And they had the meat originally in gravy and took it out to pour that store brought salsa on there ewww I’m sorry! The one in Philly did not EVER TASTE LIKE THIS!!!!! I’m never going back!!!! I traveled too far to be disappointed!!!!

Definitely not like how it used to be since the last time I was there a couple years ago. Rude,slow, dimwitted young employees, luke warm (at best) food,very small side portions and my ribs seemed very old,cold and tough to eat,barely any sauce at all.Not falling off the bone at all as advertised.👎🏻
Definitely needs new management or at the very least re-staffed.

Fresh Food, Great Holiday Pies, I love their Rotisserie Chicken, as well as their Cheesy Spinach. Their food is homestyle, taste like a good HOME cooked meal, you can’t get any better then that.

Nostalgia brought me in and regret is what I left with. Everything I wanted was a no. The staff was overworked and unappreciated. I mentioned was it because of supply issues and she stated yes. Mistakes were made on several orders and we all were charged for items we did not order. There was a man who wanted to speak to the manager but there wasn't one and he did not like anything the young lady had to offer. Safe to say Boston Market is not what it use to be and that's a shame.

I use to love Boston Market but not anymore. The food taste disgusting 😕. The restaurant was dirty not enough staff. Stay away from this restaurant it's not worth wasting your money.

Ugh Friday showed up to pick up food and they didn’t open till 12. The girl was so rude when I tried to see when they were opening. She kept making a weird gesture. I was fuming, when they final opened the same girl was full blown attitude. Food was good but can’t deal with the rudeness. All she had to do is tell us customers waiting to get in what was going on. Ohh and so many people left. Front door and website says 11am. 4 people were in there working
