Kayla was a pleasant waitress. She was polite and very attentive. Love the update gives upscale vibes. The ceiling is so cool since the remodeling. All the employees greeted us upon entrance. Friendly staff and wonderful customer service. Ordered a Cobb salad and it was delectable. My lunch date order a Alice chicken and French fries it was delicious. Food is large portioned I took a bag to go. Thanks for a wonderful lunch Kayla. Definitely will visitor again for lunch or dinner. 😇🥰 🥗 Thanks for a great lunch experience all the way around. Also Keep up the good work kitchen staff.

Ordered curbside, roughly $60. My meal came with 2 sides of fries. The fries appeared to be a single order (not many in the box), so I asked the lady to be sure. A few minutes later she sends the manager out to come look over my food in the car. He checks it out & assures me they're just "condensed" and it should be a double order. A bit of an odd experience. 7/15/22 6:30pm

LeeAnn G #137 from the 725 Howe Avenue Cuyahoga Falls, OH. She was one of the most AMAZING servers I’ve met since the pandemic. LeeAnn was very attentive we didn’t have to wait for anything. When she saw our glasses running low she automatically brought refills without being told to or not having to ask for another drink. I feel that all outback restaurants should take a page out of LeeAnns book. Because she’s sophisticated intelligent professional and she has a very personable personality. Thank you for your amazing service and professionalism.

This past weekend a few of my friends and I celebrated a birthday at Outback Steakhouse in Cuyahoga Falls. We thought we were just there to have some good food and drinks, however, our sever Allie made the experience more than that. She made the experience FUN, from start to finish! We really enjoyed having her as our server as she was very patient, always smiling and even recommended some of her favorite drinks/appetizers. Everything came out perfect. We had a great night and I look forward to coming back and seeing Allie for MY birthday dinner!! Thank you Outback. Make sure to ask for Allie next time you visit this location, you will not be disappointed!
