My food was lukewarm and service sucked. One of the managers screams at her employees as well. It was frightening while we were eating our food and someone just starts yelling

Honestly ticked. 3rd time here, and my whopper is wrong. Ketchup and pickle, not that hard. I got a whopper with everything on it. Customer service was lacking. Never coming back. I get it, your probably understaffed right now, but it’s not hard to put just two items on a burger. It’s simple not complicated.

I can almost understand not offering refills during a pandemic to keep costs down on cups. However, when a customer asks for a drink with no ice, do y'all really gotta be chintzy on filling the cup all the way to the top now too? C'mon... It's flavored bubbly sugar water with a high markup, not booze.

I go to this BK fairly regularly to get the impossible whopper and I've never had a negative experience but today my service was soo outstanding I just wanted to leave a review! Everyone was super friendly, the line moved so quickly and my burger was delicious as usual! Thanks for all of your hard work!
