We always get the pizza from this place. Today I had the WORST customer service experience .Rudest person over the phone. Please learn your manners how to talk to your customers. You are running a business. Be ready to answer if a customer has a question. Customer service matters to me. NEVER going back..

"Under new management? Let's try it!" We ordered large pizza and ten wings. Picked it up and got home only to find eight wings. Called and received this comment, "Come in and pick up two more wings." Then they hung up.
Strongly advise of poor attitude/service. Pick a different pizza place!

Their dough was FANTASTIC!! Such a delicious meal. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because their delivery tracking app doesn't work, so, I was not ready to answer the door when they arrived.

Refused me at 11:30 when they close at 12.... This was my first attempt on ordering thought then being new to the area and it will DEFINITELY, be my last.. NEVER TRY to order from anywhere b that won't even hold up to there own hours..

They make real pizza here. I don’t know how else to explain it. For a regional chain restaurant, they make phenomenal pizza.

Old Bay Wings off the chain. Crofton Md Pizza Boli not as tastey as Pizza Boli in Lanhan Maryland. Allot of food for the price.

I love pizza bolis and order a lot from here, but I ordered garlic butter with my pizza and said only pineapple on ONE side of the pizza and i called and the worker said “ next time ill put garlic butter with your pizza and just take the pineapple out of the pizza its not a big deal “ i know it isnt a bug deal but you brought me my order wrong and said just to take it out what it i was alergic to it this cant be like this.

I have ordered from this location multiple times and nearly 90% of the time the order has been incorrect. Last night I ordered 2 - 12 inch subs a cold cut and a steak sub. Once again one of the subs that was delivered was only 8 inches not the 12 that was ordered. It also had very little steak on it. Clearly this Pizza Boli's location fails at the one job they have. I also ordered jalapeno poppers for $6.99 and received 6 tiny poppers. It was like a child's meal. This is completely unacceptable. They have lost my business forever.
