They open at 5:am i go there at 6 and only the drive through is open .is a mess this place i will never go there

The young ladies that work here are the freaking sweetest.

They need a new location. Breakfast is a night mare. The line backs out into the shopping center from 2 different directions, trying to merge into parking lot.
All of the staff are very hard to understand. They need a trash can outside front door.
Inside needs to be better stocked. It is not clear where to go once you get in if you need to place and order, pick up an order, etc.

Fast service if you have a pre-order, the driver thru moves a bit slower than others. I got some extra donuts last time I made a big order for the office!!

This place is so filthy on the inside. I ate in my car because I wouldn’t dare sit at their tables. Not dirty enough for rats but good enough for roaches.

Stopped in for a vanilla latte. This place is pretty busy during the morning school/work rush but they are efficient and service is good.

Wait time for a large hot coffee was too long and other hot drinks were prepared prior to mine sitting getting cold. After I received my order it did what I needed.

I go to this Dunkin at least 5 days a week. I dread going in the mornings because the lady who works the drive thru is awful. Pretty sure she’s a manager. She’s always yelling at the employees. Every time I get to the window to pay, she doesn’t even bother to greet me. EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. I prefer to go later in the day when the people are nicer and actual greet you through the speaker and at the window. This place needs better management.
