HORRIBLE! Everything that could have went wrong, did. Between the employees and managers I worked with, I must have experienced 6-8 errors.
I placed my order at the front register, scan my phone for points, and no points are given. Also, the employee puts in the wrong items. And--I get no receipt.
A few minutes later, my incorrect order comes out. I tell them the mistake they made, they take away my bag, and bring out HALF the order. I tell them their "corrected" order is still incorrect--and they bring out a completely wrong order for someone else.
I tell one of the employees that I never received my points when I scanned, and she quickly dismisses me and blames the app. Given how many mistakes her team already made up to that point, I'm highly doubtful!
Once I finally get one of the main managers to come out from the back room, as I'm explaining my mobile app problem to him, an employee goes over to my table and takes my fixed order--and heads to the garbage with it!!! I catch him right before he tosses it into the trash can!
I can handle 1, 2, even 3 mistakes if employees are showing they are trying, and are genuinely sorry, but this was a total disaster, and I will NEVER RETURN!

I came in around. 8pm and saw the dine in was closed so went to the drive thru the young lady with the red hair was very very rude and called me dumb I placed my order to get away from her. Then she tells me they only accept cash. Which I didn’t have cash at the moment and she said oh well not her problem and to get out her line. I’m definitely making a complaint about her to corporate she needs to be fired for her attitude towards customers! I ended up leaving it’s not worth it. Will not be returning and I’ll sure let my friends and family know to never go here either!

Ordered two double cheeseburgers without buns. They did give me what I ordered. But, look at the photo. How much common sense does it require to pur the burgers in the tray right-side up? Do you have any idea how difficult it was to pick them up, cheese-side down, with all the condiments sitting on the bottom cheese?? Plus, they weren't even tepid. They weren't ice cold but room temperature. I know the burgers are pre-cooked but shouldn't they be kept in a warming tray of some kind? And, they charged me the full drink price for a cup of ice. Really?!?! 🙄

You guys should change your hours, I came to this McDonald’s at 10:25 pm tonight with the late night munchies. I was anticipating on a McNugget with a small fry which was nothing to big to ask for. It wasn’t busy and I wasn’t looking for a lot of food. When pulling up, the menu was turned off. I peaked through the widow and they all had their headsets off, and the employees were closing the store while completely ignoring me driving by. What are you doing McDonald’s? You ruined my late night munchies so now I got to go eat Wawa’s frickin mid food. Shake my head you all are monsters. First you guys take away the crispy chicken snack wraps, and now this? Shame on you… Shame on all of you.

Went to the drive thru and got a what do you want? The guy then proceeded to tell me they're out of fries and a bunch of other stuff,I know he was lying and he was already being rude so needless to say McDonald's need to do a better job at hiring staff.

If I could give 0 I would. Very unprofessional. On website says it closes at 11pm well I went to the drive thru and man said *we are closed for the night* like what? This McDonald’s needs new employees and fire all the current everything is so unprofessional I will NOT BE COMING BACK LOST A CUSTOMER! I will sure tell others about this experience!

I went and bought 3 simple burgers i only wanted Mustard and onions nothing else no cheese no nothing.. They sold me burnt a** burgers and I couldn't even eat it $6 down the drain.
