Stone Rose

First visit to Stone Rose, staffs and services are good. We were very happy with the appetizers Mussel and short rib flatbread. My husband and son were having Stone Rose Burger, but they couldn’t finish even half of them due to too salty, I really hope the chef look into this cause the meat were very well cooked! My yellowfin tuna was really delicious even though the soba were too soft. Overall, we will come back to try their other menu items again.

My family and I just had Mother’s Day brunch here and everything from the time we sat down until the time we left was excellent. The waiters and staff were more than accommodating to my family and our first child/grandchild. The drinks and food all came out in a timely fashion and everyone enjoyed everything. Pricing for everything was very fair for the quality of service, drinks and food. Highly recommend the Stone Rose and my family and I will definitely head back here for another great dining experience.

Why I have never tried the Stone Rose until this past Saturday, I will never know....and certainly has been my loss. Service excellent, as our waitress, Tess, couldn't have been more helpful and tended to our needs and all my questions. Loved the bread (wish it was served warm, but still had great flavor) We started with kale salad, which was a perfect and filled with lots of flavor and goodies. The scallops were delicious and cooked perfectly, and risotto and butternut squash puree was fabulous. Dave had the tuna, which was cooked to perfection and most delicious. Nice selection of cocktails and wine. Stopped at the bar on way out for a nightcap and bartender couldn't be more congenial. I love when I find a restaurant that meets all my expectations! I applaud Stone Rose and will be back.

Quiet little hole in wall restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. Close to the corner with street parking may have to walk to it. Decor is ok and service was fine but nothing to write about. The meal started with what appeared to be home made bread that came out with burnt ends but it was cold. Once you got past the burnt part it was pretty good with the butter. I would preferred it to be warm but it was fine. We ordered the French onion soup but it was very heavy on the wine or had a weird flavor that my wife just could not overlook.  We didn't send it back she just didn't eat it said that was a hard pass. However our entrées were worth the price of admission (there was no admission price but they were good). I had the duck burger. Which was my first one, so I had nothing to compare it too, but it set a high standard for my next one. It had a strong soft bun that held in the bacon, burger, and fried egg. Very tasty but as you work through it, it did get a little dry but that didn't stop me from devouring it. The wife had Pan Seared Scallops which was served over cauliflower Risotto. Scallops were cooked perfectly and if you weren't told the risotto was cauliflower you would not have known. Very comprised dish that had delightful components individually but also paired perfectly to made a delicious bite. Will definitely make our way back to try something new.

We chose this place for an anniversary dinner on our way back from Philly and loved every minute of our dining experience here. It's quite the hidden gem. We were seated quickly and had a very friendly and helpful waitress. We couldn't decide so we ordered a bunch of appetizers and an entree to split. Everything was delicious. The duck fat fries was a large portion and I had to force myself to stop eating them so we would be able to take them home. We both want to stop here again next time we are in Conshohocken.

Amazing from start to finish. The Pork Chop and crispy brussels sprouts was beyond good. I see people complaining about stupid things on here if you want quiet pack a lunch and go eat at the library. This place is amazing!!! I true hidden gem. My wife and mother loved it and trust that don't come easy. Service was A1 and it was busy. Can't wait to return.
