Pizza Time Saloon

I got the whopper pizza and I seriously cannot wait to go back and get another. The serving was massive, pizza box felt like it weighed ten pounds. The toppings and ground beef were perfection along with the crispy crunch which stayed crisp despite the many toppings. Could have used more pickle flavor. 5 star

This place is amazing. I’m never leaving. This is the kind of place America needs more of. Came in with a large party. Here are our thoughts: -super quick service. -good plus Buffalo sauce covered thumbs up. -more thumbs up. -exquisite service and phenomenal food. -the old bay honey chicken wings are great even though they are t on the menu. -great holes in wall. Cozy -another saucey thumbs up -finger licking good -muy bueno very good. -chicken Philly is bomb as hell

We’ve been ordering from this place on and off for a couple of months and honestly, the food is decent. Not great but decent. Decent enough to order when we want quick, decent food. However, tonight when we called the place to order, we were confronted with some of the rudest behavior I’ve ever encountered in placing an order anywhere in my life. For whatever reason, the woman who answered the phone could not be bothered. Additionally, anytime I asked a question she gave extreme attitude. She even told me to hurry up and make my mind up when I was talking to my wife only for a brief second about what she wanted on the side for one of our meals. Also, she made it very clear that she was going to charge us additional for each additional sauce on the side that we were ordering - although we’ve never been charged for additional sauces before. Another odd behavior from her was that when I explained where we were located, she said sarcastically, “I heard about you” which was very odd because I’ve always been nothing but friendly on the phone to everyone I’ve talked to and always tipped the driver well. Overall, her attitude was very poor and my wife and I both felt a bit embarrassed. There are plenty of other pizza places in the area that are more than willing to take our business and have just as good if not better food. Given her abysmal attitude and decision to overcharge for each additional side of sauce this time around even though we weren’t charged for them in the past, Pizza Time saloon has lost more than the money for additional sauce…they lost our business. If the woman on the phone was actually pleasant and provided better service, They would not have lost our business. So if the owner of Pizza Time saloon reads these reviews, he or she can think the woman working on August 28 around 10:15 PM for the loss of a good customer. Ultimately, this review provides only a couple examples of her rude behavior but overall, there were so many instances of rudeness that it made us feel uncomfortable that we chose not to continue with the order. Frankly, I have never encountered such rude behavior in ordering food before.
