Papa John's Pizza

This place really went downhill. This is what my grandson wanted for his birthday. First off they called and could not give us the steak for a topping and then the delivery person called to get a code to get in. We live in a house no code needed and then he went on to say he'll be there in 5-6 min. We were told a time in which to expect the order. 45 min later we received it and it was cold. Shortly after that another delivery person was at the door. Did not get to the door in time and then he called, did not get to the phone in time. He did not leave a message. My daughter just received a pizza the other day with a screen in it. Never again papa!!

Ordered a pizza at 10:39pm for delivery. It took 2hrs before I heard anything! I called the store several times and no one answered. At 12:37am they called and my husband told them we’re not paying for a pizza that’s 2hrs late unless they were giving it to us for free. The delivery guy said he had to call his manager and now it’s 2:30am and haven’t heard back since. NEVER again will I order from papa Johns. No customer service number to talk to someone, poor service, and very rude staff. Kiss my a** !!

I ordered a pizza tonight, for delivery around 8:00pm I recieved my order late so I was given it, for free. This shows you the manager really cares, for the customer. You Rock! I will be ordering again because I know these people take responsibility for their mistakes, and the customer is not penalized, nor do they suffer the repercussions. Well at least the Spanish manager showed me that I can't speak for everyone else. Anyaways thank you. Pizza is never sloppy and always full you've got my vote. Even if I have to wait long it's hot and if I wait too long it's free that's a win-win deal most places require you to pay or end up throwing the food out.

I usually get pizza delivered from this location using the Papa John's app. I've had some great experiences with the delivery drivers getting my food to me in a timely fashion and have yet to receive an inaccurate meal. I signed up to receive promotional coupons which has been a great incentive to order from here.

The food is good and the drivers are nice, but the wait times seem long (often 55-75 minutes) and then the orders are almost always late on top of that. So it's a bit annoying. Tonight i finally complained to the driver. I'm getting tired of the late delivery and may start ordering somewhere else. Other than that, it's good... food is good and orders come correct.

Placed an order Online and it said 40mins, Okay no problem! I check the online tracking it says being boxed. I don’t live that far so I check again two mins later and it says canceled. No notification, no reason, nothing. I call the store and the young woman that answered had a attitude and as soon as I said I placed an order she said my name. Now I changed the number and card on my account but only my card number was changed. The delivery driver said she couldn’t get into my apartment building which is a complete lie (There’s two doors and a intercom) when I asked the girl would she be sending the driver back she told me no she voided my transaction. This all within the 40min time frame I was given. With the attitude she had i wouldn’t even place another with this store. I’ve ordered from you guys on multiple occasions and this is the first time I’ve had an issue like this. Bad for loyal customers!
