Its sonic. I mean what more is there to say. Great food and just an enjoyable atmosphere no matter the location. Would have given 5 stars had their walk up menu screen been operational

I downloaded the app, ordered on line, drove the 4 miles to town, checked in with the app, waited, after 5 min used the red button, after a few someone came out and told me the icecream machine was broken so I could get something else or they could put the charge back on my credit card, I chose that and he said he would be right back, and then I waited again while he continued to take items to other cars, 10 more min passed and i pushed the red button again and asked what was going on, finally someone brought my credit to me with an I'm sorry. My car had been running for20+ min by now. I think that is unacceptable. My time is important to me too.

This is one of the worst Sonics ever. It's really quite sad. I rarely eat fast food, but when I do, I like Sonic. This Sonic is ruining Sonic for me.
I've been there 28 times since the end of April. I love their frozen cherry limeade and frozen strawberry lemonade! So I treat myself about once a week to one of those and I really enjoy the half price shakes. Well, I used to.
On only three of those twenty-eight visits was my order correct. And two of those three were just a drink.
Tonight my grandson and I went to get a shake to share, an order of fries, and a burger. The burgers were actually pretty good, even though they had pickles on them when I asked for no pickles. The fries were cold, and the further down in the box we got, the colder they were. I thought that was odd. They were also crammed in the box so most of the french fries were bent and squishy. The shake was probably a third of the way melted by the time it even made it out to the car. It was foamy and really gross. I'd asked the carhop about remaking it and he said, no that that's the way shakes are. Uh, no they aren't...
We discussed the shake for nearly two minutes before I said, just forget it. My little guy was hungry and we'd waited twenty-two minutes for our simple food order to come out. Then the ticket was wrong, I was over charged about $4.50, so we waited another four minutes for him to return with the corrected ticket. I was so over it by then I just wanted to go.
I keep holding out for them, hoping that it gets better, but it's just not.
Side note: Most of their speakers don't work and a whole row doesn't have working debit card readers. They also don't have any signs saying this.

Went to Sonic to get grandkids ice cream. Got out and sat at the tables and tried to order from the menu at the tables. Waited for 20 minutes while the red button said it was activated. And no one ever took our order. Watched people pulling in have their orders taken. We left with no ice cream.

Best sonic around. If a mistake is made they gladly fix it. Only missing a star because nobody is perfect and there is always room for improvement
