Long John Silver's

THIS WAS THE WORSE ESTABLISHMENT IVE EVER BEEN TO. they swiped my card and then when i said i no longer wanted that bc they didn’t have what i ordered, they denied giving me a refund. The inside was filthy and the workers cursed at me multiple calling me a “broke b!tch” since i wanted a refund. The GM is pictured and is named Tony i believe, she wouldn’t tell me her name but this lady needs to be fired!! 0/10

They did not have enough to completely fill our order. They did offer an additional large side to compensate which I thought was nice....until they forgot one of our other large sides (my fault for not checking before driving off, I was tired). They would not let me order from the dining room so had to get back in car and go through drive thru. The fish was okay but close to the end of when it should have been replaced with fresh cooked product. The chicken and shrimp were way past the point of no return and should have been replaced at least an hour or two prior. They were so tough and chewy, not a good thing. The hush puppies were nice and the lady working the drive thru was polite.

I don’t like to complain about restaurants because I worked in the food business and know how it is but this place is ridiculous. More specifically the “RGM” who wouldn’t tell me her name when I asked politely. I received the wrong order in the drive-through and didn’t realize it until I got home. Not a huge deal but I make it a rule not to get my meal replaced, especially at a place like this. All I wanted was a refund but since I used Apple Pay, I couldn’t get one because the machine would not read it for the refund transaction. Was told absolutely no cash refunds and I “can just stand there all day or take a replacement meal.” So unprofessional. You would think that having absolutely no five star reviews, and mostly one stars that corporate would change some thing with this store but apparently not.

Ordered lg meal, 12 fish, Mac and cheese, coleslaw, mash potato and gravy, 12 hush puppies, 12 tenders! Received raw cold fish, no hush puppies, 2 tenders! Asked for a receipt they printed one without a store number can’t contact customer service! What an experience! Horrible service and long John silver was one of my favorite places!!
