Ihop

It was Easter and another local brunch place had an hour wait (for overpriced food), but we weren't interested enough for that. IHOP had a 15 min wait. We enjoyed conversation with some other patrons before getting our table. As crowded as it was, the service was still smooth, the food options were plentiful and it was tasty when it was served.

The food was REALLY good.. can not even remember the last time I visited an ihop.. y'all, good stuff.. but, the service here, awesome!! Good folks for real.... Christa , (super nice) seated us, Jennifer was our waitress and she was SO helpful and kind.. and Mrs. Maggie, just stopped by and checked on us.. again good folk.. ;-) Ps. Clean place..even restrooms so always a plus.

My family and I 🍽 in for breakfast and the server, Eva, was welcoming from the start. We had the classic breakfast: 🥚, 🥓, sausage, hash browns, and 🥞. The food was 🔥 and good as always. It was recommended to come to this one than the other IHOP by our friends. Glad we came, as my wife & I were also 🍾 our 10 YR Anniversary.

Horrible service. I came in with both of my brothers who was unfortunately drinking before the club and they both smell like alcohol. However I do not drink and I was 100% aware of my surroundings and our party was mistreated misjudge and never checked on. Everyone was in the front having their own conversations and you had a few workers on their cell phones. When I try to receive help this woman literally screamed at me. All I was trying to tell her was that my order was wrong and I would like to speak to the server. These women are not professional at all and this was the worst service I've received in a very long time. My pancakes also tasted like foot. It gave me a very bad taste in my mouth it wasn't good at all. This is the very first time I walked out of a restaurant without tipping anyone. I even wanted my five cents back. Horrible service horrible horrible horrible horrible I would never come back.

Gateway in Columbus Ga is much better. This location is run terrible. The host put me the wait list then skipped me twice before I ask him why are we being skipped. Then he immediately seats us, but of course it by the kitchen in the seats nobody would want. Furthermore, the food took forever to come out, (two omelets one ham and one spinach). I will give the waitress credit she apologized for the delay, unlike the host who said nothing after realizing his mistakes

My family and I are in from out of state, visiting my Grandma for the week and we decided on IHOP for breakfast/brunch. Keke was our waitress. She was an absolute sweetheart and had a great attitude for the entire time we were there. Our family was on a small time crunch and she did her best to keep us up to date on everything. Our food came out earlier than expected and almost every single dish was perfect. My burrito was supposed to be bacon instead of sausage, however I am not picky and Keke brought me some bacon strips to make up for it. Aside from that, everything else was perfect. And she made me the most delicious drink for the road. Thank you IHOP and Keke for the incredible vacation experience!!
