Don’t eat at the golden arches much, typically when traveling. We made a pit stop on the way home. The bathroom experience was sketch as an employee was in his underwear as we walked in taking a napkin bath??? 🤷‍♂️ Anyhow it was like a Mike Honcho experience. 🏎️ On to the important stuff.. they were only doing mobile/kiosk ordering even though employees were standing at register, glazed look and no greeting. Only two of the three kiosks were working and the other two were being used by confused customers. As mentioned we were on a pit stop so we opted for the drive thru as it was moving faster than the dining room. The drive thru experience was top notch, staff was friendly and helpful…. Plus Speedy 🏁 All food was accurate and Hot n fresh!! 🍔🍟🥤 Not sure why employees were changing in bathroom out in the open… just odd. If we are in area again we will most likely stop and skip the dining room and bathrooms.

35 minutes waiting in the drive thru. One employee in the kitchen according to someone on the phone. Polite at window. Mobile order so requested to have hot fries and make sure drinks weren't melted. Drinks taste great and are very chilly. Service today is great. Food tastes great. Hope they get more staff soon.
