No receipt chicken sand was old taste like water and fish went the other night gave me a spicy chicken sand hard as a rock couldn't bite it and a cold hamburger never going back!!How can you bring your food back if they didn't give u a receipt??Find some employees that care.

We hadn't had checkers in years, while living in Texas, & after this experience it'll probably be years before we have it again!! The automated voice application was such a pain to use at the drive-thru & seems to be a waste with 5-person crew listening 20ft away. Our burgers came out smashed & the fries (the main reason from coming to Checkers) were cooked in old grease, were soggy & not crisp, hot & flavorful as we remembered!! Service crew seemed nice enough but not really interested in correcting the issues with our visit! Really disappointed that the milkshakes were the highlight of our family's meal!!

Went to the location on Victory Dr and ordered 2 combos, very simple. Waited a long time for my food and was asked twice what I had but by the end of it all they gave me extra for the wait. Can’t complain much just wish the service was better.

Chicken tenders were so over cooked they weren’t edible. To make matters worse they didn’t provide the dipping sauces for either combo I ordered. Winds hardly had any sauce and chewed like rubber.

Wanted desert, so stopped in and was serviced by Kaylan! An absolute angel, so nice and kind — wish I had cash to tip her that day!
