Best Chipotle I've been to in Columbus. One time this girl made a perfect burrito. Looked just like the commercial. I had a lot in it too. It's rare you see them roll a perfect burrito (it's harder than you think). Staff is fast and friendly.

I am leaving five stars because the employees here do a good job. The management gets zero stars. They leave their employees without any air conditioning. I have also seen them leave them very short staffed for events and such.
I have seen them with three employees on a night of the Arnold Classic, concert at NWA and a Crew game. I hope they support these employees better!!

While the lady who made my burrito did a very mediocre job (skimped on the meat), the gentleman who rang me up was awesome. He was running around (the air conditioning was broken and it was very hot out) keeping the food refreshed and kept the line moving. He was extremely friendly and provided exceptional service. While I missed his name, he should absolutely be recognized for going above and beyond! It’s about 6:30pm Friday June 2nd.

Best chipotle on West side. Never busy for dinner and food tastes fantastic. Order for pickup and idle makes this idea. Much better than 5th Ave location, avoids bad service and parking issues there.

Food is on par with most Chipotles. 5 stars because I just saw a customer going into diabetic shock, and the employees did such an amazing job of helping her and managed the situation with aplomb. They kept it from being a spectacle, kept the line moving, and looked out for their customer. I was just impressed. Deserves a call out.

Picked up food for me and my wife last week and the food and service were both amazing. We got two bowls, chips and guac, and again everything was great. The staff was so friendly and healthful. Thank you very much. Cheers..
