Domino's Pizza

I can understand insuring the safety of your employees, but at the same time I can't be charged with the past experiences of a location. I'm at a hotel and was told they do not deliver there. Meeting the driver at the hotel office wasn't even a option. There was no compromise at all, simply was told "come pick it up or cancel it." Well domino's, make a way for delivery that's good for everyone or shut down that location, clearly state on the app where exactly there is no delivery, or take delivery out all together. If delivery is only for the "nice neighborhoods" then don't deliver at all to anyone.

I live 6 houses away from the location and yet they would not deliver the food to me. So I walked and after being told it was ready I was left outside waiting. After walking back home I then found burnt dessert and pizza. Also I ordered 2 pasta dishes and I was not given any utensils or napkins. I did give 2 stars because the twist bread and cheese tasted very good.

Worst service ever if I saw the reviews on this dominos would have never ordered i can not believe what this is I ordered pizza wings and twist a little bit over $50 we payed with card and we placed the order at 11:17pm the tracking said it was ready for a quality check at 11:49pm it is now 12:47am we have tried calling this store multiple times and they will not answer and they close at 1:00 am what are they gonna do not give me the food I payed for? The most terrible service ever do not ever order from here

I can't believe how let down we were with this location. We were visiting from out of town and thought dominos was safe since it is such a well known chain we have eaten at for years. However, it took over two hours to get our food. By the time we got it, it was cold and stuck together. The first layer of cheese was melted at some point, but underneath it was uncooked. The shredded cheese was still in form, and the dough was gooey. The pizza wasn't even properly cut. The hotel we were at was .2 miles away! Just a few blocks. Not sure what the hell happened. But judging from the other reviews I've now seen, it seems this location is seriously lacking customer service and proper cooking skills. Would avoid it completely
