Crowne Hookah Restaurant And Lounge

What a chill place! The “vibes where on point” for sure, the hookah was decent, the hookahs used though could’ve been better quality but that’s perfectly fine because we where there to have a good time and that’s what we did! Taylor was our server and was super helpful and cool to us! Definitely night we will all remember. We got there a little early so we got to watch the place fill up and everyone just looked so awesome. Thank you for the experience and give Taylor a “hey” for us and a raise!!

My friend and I went to this establishment, and I’m sorry we didn’t go elsewhere. First, we waited for 40 minutes to get in after being put on a wait list. That’s fine at 9:30 on a Saturday night. However, once we were seated inside, they told us it would be $10 each to be served which was never told to us once. We decide to stay since we already waited so long and order a hookah. It arrives and the hookah was absolutely terrible. It tasted like smoking burnt air. After our amazing and patient waitress (the only positive thing about this experience besides the DJ) tried to remake it (twice!). I have experience making hookahs, so I asked if they watered down their shisha and she told me yes and that multiple people had complained about their smoking experience too. A woman I’m assuming to be an owner or manager was annoyed by us complaining and still made us pay for our entrance fees as well as half of the cost of the hookah even though we never got to enjoy it. We will not be returning. Terrible experience!

Celebrated my wife's birthday, the food was good, the vibe was good and the waitress did a good job. But they definitely short you on the drinks and the furniture(couches) need to be thrown away, the seating area was ripped and torn in multiple spots. They also were terribly uncomfortable to sit on, absolutely won't return until they did the atrocious seating they provide for their guest. Note this was our first visit to the lounge.

I always come here everytime I come to town. One of the best hookah bars in the area. The hookah never disappoints and the food is delicious. It is sometimes hard to get a servers attention because it is so busy and sometimes the music is too loud to have an actual conversation but overall I still enjoy my experience there.

First of all, they pour half shots. You can see the difference in the size and they tried to tell me they measure them. WRONG. Then the hookah tasted horrible, no flavor. This is on Wednesday, the alleged ladies night. I definitely won’t be coming back, I came because it’s close to where I live. I’ll drive to a different hookah spot for this.

The drinks are watered down. They’re always low in stock of most popular brands because they struggle with inventory maintenance. The drinks were definitely the wrong liquor. They’re also always cutting corners. I went for a “brunch” before and our “mimosas” were 3/4 orange juice and they added ice. When we asked to just purchase a bottle so we can make our own they said they couldn’t because of the low supply they needed to ration them out. My food has been served to me cold on three separate occasions so I assume that’s the standard. The couches are ripped apart so bad they’re uncomfortable and will scratch your legs. They refuse to upgrade their furniture.
