Cicis Pizza

It was my grandbaby Birthday and she wanted to go to Cici for her birthday, It was 7 adults and 5 children and my grandson ate free because he is only 2. If you had buy one and get one for 3.14, the young lady over charged me because I paid 98 dollars and some change trying to find receipt because I paid in cash but they did enjoy themselves.

I'll give it 2 stars because the food still tastes good. I walked into this location for the first time in over 3 years and would have walked immediately back out had I not already ordered my food on the phone AND IT WAS CARRY OUT!. This location is filthy and run down!!! Salad bar was disgusting and the pizza area as well. They both had pieces of food scattered all over them and the employees just walked past and failed to clean them up! It was truly depressing because I have such good memories of this place bringing my kids here when they were small. The game room area had several games with broken windows and the glass was still laying loose! I used the restroom and was more scared to wash my hands in there because I might catch something from touching something! This place needs NEW MANAGEMENT! To start!!!

Went to the Auburn avenue location to dine in with family. Maybe 4 pizzas on the bar, no salad, pasta or desserts. Sign on door and online said close at 10 pm , they started turning away customers about 8:30 saying that they close at 9. Cooks were preparing food (for theirselves and customers) with bare hands without gloves. One employee was somewhat cleaning, while others were standing around. This used to be a good place to eat but not anymore. Not recommended at all.

There is exactly one seat in the whole place where the temperature is less than 99 degrees. Their central air has been broken for months and they are cooling the entire facility off of two mini split air conditioners. Unless you sit at the one chair right under them, you may as well be inside of a sauna with that big open pizza oven heating the place. Surprised the employees not having heat stroke .

If I could leave a zero star rating I would . Very rude and unprofessional had half of the lobby closed before closing time . No pizza on the bar at all very nasty food left everywhere also food all over the bar from where they haven't cleaned. The bathroom is very nasty and the tile to the sink is broken. Will never eat at this pizza place again .

The worst experience possibly ever! Honestly blew my mind how the staff acted. Got there right after 7 and got the buffet. As we were getting food they started taking away the food, they close at 10 mind you. They then started to send other people away saying they were take out only and it was 7:40. We had to ask them to make more pizza so that we could feed our family that we already paid for.
