I don't really care for museums. But this was a very eye evening, heart wrenching, and educational visit. I'm going back tomorrow to see the rest of it. It was such a beautiful place and a great reminder of how lucky we are as a nation because of the sacrifices the men and women in uniform made for us. I would add more pictures but it's better to experience it in person. All the employees were just so kind.

Surprisingly well maintained and well organized👍🏻 There is no entrance fee, but a donation box at the entrance, so you can do it. When I said it was my first visit, the staff kindly gave me a brief overview. It's a bit out of the way, but it was a really valuable experience and I had a meaningful time🤩

One of the most impressive museums dedicated to the Infantry and maneuver. Check out the poppy fields art exhibit; has a theater with IMAX, third in the state, restaurant is not yet reopened but it is nice. Amazing exhibits. Very proud to work for the military

This is a simply amazing place. It is an interactive history of the United States infantry. It has many exhibits showing you the strength of our nations premier fighting force. The grounds of the parade field is laden with the soil from every battle since the American revolution. That way every soldier walks in the footsteps of those who have gone before. Totally worth a visit to see how your freedom is defended. Hooah!

We actually went for a JROTC field trip, so the museum was closed to the public while we were there, but I definitely plan to return since we didn't get to see everything. The exhibits are really nice and well organized. They also have a Vietnam memorial and a War on Terror memorial outside that are very nice. They offer supplies to make rubbings from these memorials. The staff was wonderful and very knowledgeable. We had a great experience! Would like to add that admission is free, but a small donation ($5) is suggested per visitor.

I’m back for my second time after initial visit more than ten years ago. This is A MUST SEE!! The displays are top notch down to every single detail. Simply put… this museum is a wonderful dedication to ALL who’ve served in the military. A big thanks to all who’ve put the museum together! It’s family friendly and judging by the looks on kids faces as I walked around… they were like in total awe. I highly recommend u visiting here! Non-military may visit only on weekends. 👍👍😁🇺🇸

Great homage to America's infantry. Covers all eras from the Revolutionary War to the present. Lighting and atmosphere lend very well to the overall experience. Highly recommended for most ages 10 and up.

The National Infantry Museum honors two centuries of infantry troops in our history and highlights their role in various warfare campaigns at home and abroad. The exhibits are expertly curated and memorializes the sacrifices and heroism of our freedom fighters. Located within the Fort Banning campus, the museum has displays across three magnificent floors and outside. It tells the stories and weapons of the various units and walks visitors chronologically through major operations on the entry floor. In the level below, there are themed galleries of the strategic development and deployment of the military to respond to world conflicts and how we positioned ourselves to become a military super power. I really enjoyed the armor and cavalry gallery and found the gallery for military family sacrifices extremely moving. God bless our youth and their families, for the courage to defend freedom for all 🙏🇺🇸
