The vegetables are never fresh, they’re always browned and just never taste good and one of the female workers is always in a bad mood lol she slammed my sub down for the cashier and was very irritated it seemed. i’ve given it a try multiple times simply cause i live close, but after my last visit i don’t think i’ll be going back to this location lol

Very bad customer service. Store is supposed to be open until 8 PM. Tried to walk in the door at 7:40 PM on 2/27/2022, the guy inside signaled we are closed while their sign is clearly saying open. Never seen or experienced anything like this at any other place before. I had to then go to different fast food place and get in a long line to get food. Will never give them my precious time or business again.

Went in here for first time EVER. Had a coupon for $5.99 footlong. I told the guy up front I had a coupon
After fixing the sandwich, he scans the coupon and says "NOT VALID". WTH?! it's not expired. Valid for 3 more days. Sorry, not valid. So, I either leave hungry or pay full price. They've got to have a way to override the price. It's not like I printed these out at home. It was from a flyer. Never again. No flexibility, poor customer service.

This location never allows the promotions or coupons that are broadly advertised. Most of the staff are great, but one woman in particular who always works during the lunch hours is terrible about portioning; she'll sprinkle only the tiniest bit of cheese on only half a footlong, then insist it's an extra charge for more, when she used less than any other person would use for a 6 inch.
