Love this restaurant! Fast and Friendly service! There’s 2 drive-thru lanes along with an outside Play Place with covered picnic tables. Retro McDonald’s memorabilia is displayed on both sides of the building’s entrance. Clean dining room and restrooms! Food was hot and fresh! Order via kiosk, counter or app. Great place to bring the kids! Easy access right off Interstate 70 west of Columbus. Highly recommend!

My family always have a really great experience here. They are very kid friendly with multiple things to keep your child occupied while waiting on your food, which isn't ever long even during busier times.. Or to keep them busy while eating. Some tables have kid games on them. After you eat there's a large outdoor play area for your kid to play on. Also a large seating area for you and your family to sit and watch as the little ones go exert some energy. Which is great for us with our 5 almost 6 year old boy with a large amount of energy. He always makes new little friends while having a great time playing on the jungle gym. All around a nice place to go for fast, friendly service and lots of things to entertain your children.

We were traveling through Columbus, Ohio today and decided to stop at this McDonald's to grab lunch before we continued on our five hour drive to Maryland. Walking into McDonald's there wasn't really anybody in there at all so they were able to help us right away. They opened up extra registers just to get my group of 18 through as quick as possible. One of the new employees was asking questions about our group and where we were from he was intrigued that we were from Illinois. He was very enthusiastic and so were the other employees. They got us in and out of that restaurant within 10 minutes and it was quite impressive. As we were getting ready to leave I decided to go back up and grab an ice coffee for the road. A that time I saw everyone cheering in the background about how happy they were that they got the Illinois group in and out so quickly. They were proud of themselves and honestly it was really nice to see the enthusiasm and to see the manager out there cheering them on too! I mentioned to them that I was one of the top photographers on Google Maps and that I thought they did a great job and that I would love to put a picture of their group and give them a great review and they were all very excited to pose for the picture! My husband is in management and at his job and he also noticed the enthusiasm that the employees had and honestly that's a clear indication of how great the management is in this restaurant! It really was so nice to see everyone so happy and patting themselves on the back. Unfortunately customer service has been slacking off a lot in service nowadays so it was really nice to be able to see a group of employees that cared about the customers and were actually enjoying their job! To the employees from McDonald's in Columbus Ohio if we come back through on the way back home we will definitely come back and visit you guys!

This McDonald’s is great! We are on our way home to PA from Indiana and stopped here for our kiddos to burn some energy. The outdoor playground was the absolutely perfect spot for that happen and did the trick. The playground looked clean and well-maintained and the food was your average McDonald’s fare.
