Pretty decent visit. Introduced little cousin for the first time and he enjoyed it. I usually go for some sweet spicy wet sauce at any other wing spot, but oof the mango habanero here was extremely spicy. Wasn't really able to taste the sweetness or chicken. The tots were real tasty. All the ingredients were great, the shredded chicken was the cherry on top.

Food is great and consistent. The service could be better sometimes but other times it's amazing. Lack consistency on service but that's only a minor complaint. Doesn't ruin the experience as they are not rude or anything unpleasant just takes a little longer to get refills on some days.

The restaurant was packed with a party but the lady bartender who served us was very quick, courteous and attentive. The food was prepared incredibly fast and tasted great.

Couldn't use the restroom since the smell of sewage was so offensive. Staff didn't see it as a problem. Not conducive to a dining experience

Lunch on a Wednesday afternoon right at peak lunch rush. We each got a different lunch combo. I got the burger with fries. The burger was juicy and delicious! Our orders came out timely, they were both accurate and tasted so good. It looked like they were short staffed but our server was hustling, attentive and very friendly. I believe she was training as well! We could see the whole team working together and it’s paying off! Kudos to this BW3’s staff!

This place is great. The management comes out greet you in the front they are practicing proper social distancing they are still moving and grooving what's greater you also can still get beers to go with your favorite wings

Excellent customer service!! Location is very clean and the staff is very friendly. Food is great, service was fast and my orders came perfectly correct!! Real hospitable place, good family environment. Servers Jasmin and Tera are wonderful. My kids and I will come to this location again because of the wonderful service. No complaints. This is a great location!
