Mccormick & Schmick's Seafood & Steaks

We visited during Restaurant week, the food felt like it was made in bulk and warmed up when we ordered it. The greens and salmon I had were good, and the amount of food left me feeling full before dessert arrived. The drink, The Flagship, was enjoyable and tasted exactly as expected. For me, it was a nice experience but I felt like I could get food that tasted better for less elsewhere.

We went during restaurant week, and the food was excellent. The mussels were drenched in a tasty garlicky sauce. The steak was cooked perfectly and the truffle butter was awesome. We had zero complaints about the food or service. The restaurant was very clean and the prices are reasonable for a steakhouse.

I’ve always loved this place, but they really made my Christmas this year. I ordered take-out, and they ran out of the item I wanted. The manager fixed this problem instantly. They let me order anything else off the menu without an upcharge, and my new order was made in just a few minutes - so I didn’t even have to wait extra time! Even in a take-out plastic container (I never order take-out for nicer meals because I don’t want them to get soggy)…the Cedar Salmon was incredibly flavorful with a crisp sear, veggies cooked and salted perfectly, and I can NOT rave about the wonderfully sour sourdough bread. 👏
