RON is the ABSOLUTE BEST of all time! Such professionalism and genuine attention to consumers. All faith was lost in this location until we ran into RON. We spent over $56 and our food was A1 quality. Pizzas pippin hot and flavorful in addition to to our bread sticks and sweet treat cinnamon treats. Please uplift RON he is in charge and handling the load exclusively and doing a superb job. I DO NOT give positive reviews often so this man deserves a standing ovation. Give him a raise NOW!

I give this Pizza Hut on Main Street in Whitehall 5 stars due to Jaylen! This young man went above and beyond. He was extremely patient when I changed my order after already placing it, and not only was he taking orders over the phone but he was also running outside handing people their orders. In this day and time when everyone seems on edge about everything, Jaylen did a wonderful job that evening and was very respectful and kind.

We ordered a pizza and apple pies at the Pizza Hut on E. Main Street near James R. in Columbus Ohio with the Pizza Hut App.
The order was correct and the food was excellent. The staff did everything right and were friendly and courteous. The Pizza Hut App worked fine.

I, a Fat Girl from Columbus Ohio, liked the fact that Pizza Hut made everything automated. I only had to press a few buttons on my phone to order and pick up my pizza, which was good. I had swore off Pizza Hut a few years ago for their poor customer service and very bland food. I can happily report that as of 4/15/2021, the store on East Main Street in Columbus, Ohio, has made significant changes.

I ordered a pizza & wings. I asked for the pizza to be Well Done. It was not fully cooked. I then completed the survey for thia order mot expecting anything at all. Well Chris from the Bexley location actually called me replace everything I purchased & had it delivered promptly. Everything was perfect. I would like to thank Chris for all his help. He did not hesitate at all to rectify my experience.

(online order picked up in store.) Well cooked, wings are juicy not over powering either. Fry's are actually really good, They weren't super greasy nor crunchy but very good. The pizza is delicious, the right amount of garlic butter on the crust could use a little bit more cheese (I ordered extra as well) other then that absolutely great!
