Every visit is a delight, but Aaron, Chef Matt, and Chef Kayli truly make it special with their exceptional service – they're always friendly, attentive, and quick on their feet. And Chef Ricardo? His culinary skills are top-notch, serving up the most delicious Italian street food that always hits the spot. It’s clear that the entire team takes pride in what they do. Highly recommend for a tasty meal and warm hospitality!

This is the hands down best culinary experience my taste buds have ever had the privilege to partake in. My food was masterfully crafted by Dewayne and Chris. Their skilled hands constructed the most delicious pasta bowl that has ever graced this planet and now that I have finished their feast, my mouth will never know joy until they grace me with their skills again. 100000/10, will recommend to everyone until I die.

We came during a busy time and only a few people working the line. It was hard to communicate to them while they were making multiple orders and unable to correct them until we got to the end of the line. When we pointed it out, they quickly remade it but still was made incorrectly. We felt bad for pointing it out as it was an extremely simple order and easily a miscommunication. But at least one of the team members was more understanding then giving us a look and trying to tell that it was our fault.

I did curbside pick-up, and everything came packaged perfectly and sealed. I got a marinara bowl with penne, mozzarella, and the roasted chicken as well as the cannoli chips. Everything was so delicious. I had never tried the cannoli chips, and they were so good. They were a very light and not too sweet dessert, so I definitely recommend as a side. Also I got $5 off for signing up for the rewards definitely check them out if you want some healthier fast food.

came in 20 minutes before close, every employee was happy to serve us. the food was delicious, fresh food, clean restaurant. best piada location in columbus!!! the manager on duty Kallie was very friendly along with the cashier and other employees! tables and chairs were all clean, no piled up trash cans. 5/5 definitely recommend this location!!!
