Wendy's

I went to Wendy's this particular one and I ordered a southwestern avocado salad through the drive-thru noticed that I got the vinaigrette raspberry that did not go with the southwestern avocado salad then I realized after I was almost home that they had given me the different type of salad I went back and the manager currently told me that he would just go ahead and give me another salad which was nice of him but either way this is not the first time so that's why I am venting right now and then they cheated me out of the salad as well because not only did they mess up my order the first time the second time they did give me the avocado salad but they failed to completely do the salad the way it's advertised if you had it before then you know that it's supposed to have two scoops of avocados they only gave me one scoop. I believe that whenever you order something they should give it to you the way it's advertised and not cheat on the order. The picture shows you what it's supposed to look like I got that minus one scoop of avocado.

Stopped here during a road trip to eat and use the bathroom. However the dining room was closed. That wouldn't have been a big if their hours of operation weren't on the door. The door said they were open for dine in at 11am, were there at 11:30am. I understand if there are staffing issues or a change in hours but the information on the door should match or at least have a piece of paper explaining it. We went somewhere else instead.

I stopped here on my way home; I don't know what the protocol is, but the staff should be wearing hair nets or something when handling the food. One of the buns on my burger was harder than a rock and I'm sure the person that bagged it had to have notice the texture of it. I can't eat at a place that don't take pride in their work and the treatment of their customers. This was my last time at this Wendy's.

Why is this restaurant always not accepting orders? Does the employees decide when they will work and not? This is the 3rd time I’ve been and I know others who have tried also and they will not accept orders. Just close the whole restaurant down bc you can’t possibly be making money. The inside looks like it’s never been cleaned. Hire competent workers that actually care.
