When I drove to the restaurant around 10pm i placed a mobile order and when i arrived it was completely closed. The hours are listed to be open until Midnight but that is untrue. Whenever they are open I normally don’t have any issue other than the fountain drink syrup not being refilled so it’s just weird fizzy water. They also normally have their shakes available as well which is good compared to the others stores in the area.

Dropped by for a cold ice drink during the lunch hour... Was in line for 20 minutes, after getting out of the drive-thru line. Appears only one person was taking inside orders and I was in a line of at least 7. Unreal!!! I finally excused myself. No one greeted me. No one offered an apology to the customers for the long wait. Needless to say, I left unsatisfied.

Places an order through the app but their curbside pickup was unavailable so had to use drive thru. The attendant had to be told 3 times what my code was only to get to the window and the girl didn't know that a cheeseburger only ketchup was to have cheese on it. Lol. It was a bit weird but my son checked his sandwiches to make sure thet were correct. I asked for a half cut tea and got straight sweet even though they rung it up right. This place lacks a few things but at least the fries were hot.

Went inside and ordered 2 large sodas and 1 large water. EVERYONE that came in after me and ordered food (that I had to help order on the kiosk) got theirs before I got 3 freaking drinks. I don't get paid to work there. Have someone at the kiosks to help with ordering and seriously... my drinks were first but everyone got their food first?!? Go take lessons from Chick-fil-A!!!

When I tell you this was the quickest store I've gone to!!! We left the jojo siwa concert and it was a full rush at this poor location. The drive through was looped out and into the road, but the orders were getting taken, money was done, and order was given to me in just a couple of mins and it was correct! I wish stores in our area were ran so well. Kudos to the management and staff for handling the rush so well.

Website says they close at 2am…. Pulled up and was told they close at 11…. IT WAS 1030!!! I’ve never had an order correct there. I’ve been here likely 15 times and it’s been horrible every time. I’ve had someone roll their eyes at me, order wrong repeatedly, cold fries, and their dining room is never open
