Very very very bad service. My family and I was out one night after being in for awhile. This is normally our fave place to get great ice cream and the service was usually great. But this particular night when we drove up the line was at the door. Mostly of the time even with the line being line the wait time isn’t. Not this time, we waited over 30 min just to get up to where you place your order. They were two young ladies behind the counter servicing as fast and efficient as they could. There were also two guys in the back. WHY weren’t they helping to serve the customers and get the line down??

What happened to this place ? Like really ?? It’s filthy ! From the moment I walked in, trash every where! The employees has a mask on their chins not even fully on their face. No gloves ! Seems like they were a little understaffed due to the constant arguments they were having and the bad service. The lady who took our order was so kind, unlike the cashier. Seems like they need to hire a new cleaning crew. The bathroom was so so so nasty !!!

I visited this location Saturday and was disappointed with the service. I ordered two scoops of the blue cotton candy on a regular waffle cone with unicorn sprinkles mixed in. I noticed the females wearing mask and gloves however the males did not. The gentleman who serviced me handed my ice cream cone to me without any gloves or with a napkins and the teenager working the register was rude and unhelpful. It will be a long time before if I ever return here again. I understand our kids need jobs but please train them properly on dealing with the public.

Oh my god I am a ice cream lover. But today they made my day it was a long day of work and all I wanted was some good ice. I’ve got this oreo stuff cookies and cream ice cream before so I wanted again today . Well I got that and more I really appreciate it thanks guys and whoever made my ice cream today ! I thank you very very much
