Golden Corral

The buffet was clean and the containers were kept full of food. The steak was overly seasoned but surprisingly juicy. Sadly, there is no chocolate fountain at this location. They do have an Icee Machine, but it was broken the day we went. The server never introduced herself, however she was prompt at taking our dishes and refilling our waters. Although a lot of the food is average, it does fill you up.

Our waitress was superb. Most of the food was prepared properly. Staff needs to learn how to distribute the correct steaks. I wanted rare... turned out to be almost medium. Sis ordered medium and it was very well done. THEN... to top it off... this restaurant group Encourages wasting food! In order to get an after meal coffee..... you have to have a plate of dessert. I never have dessert... but was forced to take a cookie to my table .... who ever heard of such a purposeful waste of food??!!!! 🤬🤬🤬

Unfortunately food isn't all that great, the grill techs are generally competent in making specialty cooked steaks. But most of the food is severely under-seasoned and overcooked. The salad bar and desert bar is STELLAR! Wait staff and staff in general are really nice and caring though! But really, it's not worth the price in my opinion.

We went there on May 21, 2022 at 10:30am and that was the worst service we've ever had, we sat there for 10 minutes, and no one ever came to offer us coffee or greet us, so I got up and went and got the coffee myself. And then a waitress started yelling at me for doing it, and I told her that we never got waited on, and after that, no one ever waited on us. The waitresses were too busy visiting together. I told the Manager all about it as we were leaving. It was the WORST service we have ever gotten, and the food quality has gotten so bad and the variety is slimming way down. Not pleased at all!!!

Food was great! Staff not very accommodating though, sister left her purse there, we were about 100 miles away. Told us we would have to return there to get it , but we were traveling with another group and couldn’t turn around, they would not help with a solution and hung up on us! So we call the police station and they were very accommodating! My sister received her purse the next day! Thank You people in BLUE!
