I had the stuffed French toast and it was probably the best French toast I've ever had. My mom had the breakfast burrito with the green chilli that was also amazing, it was pretty spicy and I can handle spice pretty well. So if you like it spicy I recommend the green chilli. 😁

Very large breakfast restaurant super popular and busy and packed all the time. We got avocado toast, swirl pancake, protein bowl, and garden bowl. Hazelnut cold brew is very delicious. Service was good.

We had lunch here today & the food was amazing! Our server (Patti) was the sweetest, she was so friendly & helpful! I ordered the Protein Bowl with over easy eggs & white toast, 🤌chef's kiss! I also had the hazelnut cold brew with vanilla cold creme. My husband had the chicken & the egg (sorry I wasn't quick enough to get a picture) & black coffee. The food was seriously so yummy! Atmosphere was wonderful. All around a great experience. We wish this place was closer to home!

There should be a culinary category for the Nobel prize and if you invent Chicken & Waffles Benedict, you should be in contention for it. My daughter recently moved to Colorado Springs and I came for my first visit. Eggs Benedict is a family favorite that we usually make for holiday breakfasts and though we are from the Seattle area, which has been kind of a culinary wasteland until recently, we discovered chicken and waffles on a trip a few years back and everyone in my family loves the dish. Everything we ate here was fantastic and it has quickly become my daughter's favortie local breakfast spot in her new home town. I will be there to visit iften and hope to eat there whenever I do. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Well done!

So good, we came back a second time this week. Our group tried a totally different selection each time. Excellent reviews of the Salmon Toast and the gourmet pancakes (just pick a flavor -- the most unique was the Hawaiian w/ coconut and pineapples). You can taste how fresh all the ingredients are. Prompt service.

Wonderful diner. The place was packed so we sat at the counter. The two hostesses, Kim and Sara, were wonderful. Have to admit I was a bit humbug when I first sat down with the cold dreary weather. But Kim greeted us with a smile and "Best day ever?" Everything from there was great. I had a breakfast bowl and he got the chicken and waffles. Both were amazing. I also got a half Chai tea, half hot coco hot drink. That drink had me wanting to snuggle up with it for some private time. It was so good that he got one too. Overall great experience here.

Got on the Yelp website and got in line. Checked in with the host once I arrived and was seated quickly. Patti was my server and was phenomenal!!! She was genuine and very attentive, my coffee was never below half full. I ordered the fried chicken burrito special and it was soooo good! I recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for the best breakfast in CO!

What a great breakfast, we were sat quickly, clean place not too noisy. Enjoyed the Avocado toast so good with a poached egg. The salad on the side was phenomenal. Hazelnut cold brew with vanilla foam. The portobello breakfast burrito, sausage biscuit gravy super 😋. Server was attentive and friendly. Worth its price.

Chef Steven is absolutely amazing with his creations. He always manages to bring incredible flavors to classic dishes. Lara was my server and she was on point. This place is a staple!!!

Our server jill was extremely friendly and provided great service ❤️❤️❤️ I got the belgium pearl waffles with a side of bacon and it was delicious. 10/10 no complaints.

Went in for breakfast with my wife and son. Enjoyed our meals we all ordered something different and all came out tasting very good enjoyed the restaurant and would definitely go again wasn’t busy on a Tuesday at 7:30am but on the weekends this place is extremely packed with a very long wait. But the food is great!
