LET ME SAY THE STAFF WAS AMAZING. I GOT THERE AROUND 5PM ON SUNDAY 11.5.23. THE WAS SWAPPED AND THEY HAD GREAT TEAMWORK AND POSITIVE ATTITUDE. FOOD WAS GREAT. THANK YOU ALL WHO WAS WORKING. YOU ALL DID A GREAT JOB THANK YOU. I LET THE MANAGER ON DUTY KNOW HOW IMPRESSED WITH THEM I
Hailey is amazing and so sweet first time me and my husband had something go bad with our order in all honesty but, Hailey the manager made it right she was sympathetic loving and so sweet she understands that's sometimes this is something you can treat your family too/ kids once a month I'm beyond thankful for her and making us feel comfortable we called as soon as we got home and realized there had been a mistake and she handled it so well and definitely deserves a raise cause you can not buy this kind of customer service anywhere.
Had kinda a bad start picked up some pizzas that weren't supper great but Haley one of the managers made it right she completely turned around my negative mood and instantly made me want to come by another pizza even though she gave me credit for the ones that were messed up I'm not sure if Little Caesars corporate reads these but if you do this woman definitely needs a raise if not her own franchise not only did she want to uphold your quality but she took time out of her busy day to turn someone who wasn't going to come back to a customer that will call and make sure she is running the crew that night because she will make sure things are perfect and I know if she wasn't training several new people she would run a tight ship please give this woman the recognition she deserves
Pizza was fresh ( extra $1 ) for right out of oven. Had some ready in case but had been there for about 1/2 hr. Associates always fast and friendly the parking lot however socks. Hard to get in harder to get out always crowded.

I absolutely love the managers there. They're great. They always know my order when I come in not just because I've gone there so many times but because they seem like they really care. They even remember what name to put it under. If that's not personalized business, I don't know what it is! Thanks so much! Little Caesars we"ll be coming back time and time again.
Have not gone to little Caesars in 3 years and it was better than the last time I went ! Not greasy! It was hot not cold , rubbery or 2 hours in the heater! So it was better than I expected!
I was surprised by the pineapple Pepsi it wasn't bad at all I can see it as a permanent item

I did an online order for like 5-6 pepperoni pizzas. But I messed up, and got the time wrong. I had asked for it to be ready at 5pm, but I meant 4:30 pm. When I went in the lady was overwhelmed to say the least. Lobby was packed tight, the pickup box wasn't working so there were grumpy gusses trying to get their pizza, but she handled it one by one.
Then this rude old dude came in, in the middle of a dinner rush and wanted to argue over a special. He was very demeaning to the young lady at the register, asked for the manager, manager wasn't having it (I agreed with her) as there was nothing they could do about it, she called in her manager who politely explained why what he wanted, they couldn't do. It still wasn't good enough for him, I knew he was going to continue being a jerk to the ladies, so I stepped forward and told him if he had a complaint, to call corporate because he's arguing with buttons on a machine. He wasn't pleased, yelled at me, then left. The ladies continued to knock out every order including mine, and did so with grace. I haven't had Little Caesars in years, but I will now!
Its hit or miss at this location. They are in a very hard core spot but it seems most the staff couldnt care less about me or my pizza they were out of the soda I ordered infact they only had diet or mug. I understand running out but the web site should have said something. Portal pick up is an amazing thing and I thank who ever came up with it.
Food was delicious very tasty. Customer service was nice and polite, professional. Only problem I had was a little bit long of a wait time for my order but besides that it was good.
Great pizza for the price. The service was fast and friendly. We enjoyed a classic cheese pizza and the cheese bread. Both were cooked perfectly and the cheese bread had a nice crispy crust on the edges.
We also tried the M&M brookie(cookie/brownie). The cookie part was doughy and the brownie was cooked just right. Very tasty combination!
