This is the first 𝐁𝐊 that didn’t over cook my chicken fries 🍟 🐔. I appreciate the quality and care they had when preparing my order. I enjoyed my meal with a rootbeer and onion rings. This is a great location compared to others I’ve been to. Thanks to the team
Thomas was the best! This is the 1st time I have came here and the experience was outstanding. Were immediately greeted, Thomas spoke clearly through the drivethru speaker he asked appropriate questions about adding cheese.he repeated the order. Our food was hot and it wasn't a long wait. Not sure if they got a new manager or not. But kudos Burger King.
I just went through the drive thru with my husband and my best friend. Unfortunately there were some issues with our food so my best friend and I took our food back in and Robin and Ariel and Selena were super helpful and replaced our entire order. I work in the food industry too and I know how it is and mistakes happen. But I'm so glad these girls were understanding and so helpful. I will for sure be coming back here
I went to this location 2 times and this location has greatly improved. I didn't have to wait long for my order and my food was hot and fresh. Good job and keep up the good work.
The service here was great and the person who took our order in the drive thru was amazing she was so friendly and she was really nice. Theirs a school nearby though so when they get out of school it does get crowded minus that it's a great burger king!
Quick food here. The items are good. I don't particularly care for their milkshakes though. I mainly get their chicken sandwiches but the Whoppers are good too. I only like their fries when freshly cooked. The restaurant is clean inside and there are plenty of tables for guests. The bathroom is clean too. I haven't been in a while but coupons come in the mail a lot for good deals here.
I go here often, and I just went again tonight. Everytime I come I'm amazed by their quality of service and professionalism. Food is always hot, managers are always there to help. Great restaurant, quick service, always clean and very organized.
Only fast food place on Broadway worth going to. They are efficient, polite, and food is always fresh and hot. I know the reason behind this, but won't spill my secrets!
Believe it or not, my hat is off to the 2 employees that served me today. And no it had nothing to do with 'no 1 else being out'. The liquor store next door was packed.
I was greeted with kindness, returned that kindness and came home with a commercial Big Whopper with cheese. Blessings to the evening shift and all others.
Better taste imo than McDonald's since they flame grill instead of fry their burgers. Prices are high for a major fast food chain but the do send & accept coupons.
