We did get a terrible, overcooked, cold meal on a Friday evening. The next day we called and spoke to manager Jack and he was very apologetic said to come back and made us our order over again for free. We also ordered two frosty's that I was going to pay for but he said they were on the house. When he brought our food out to the car he again apologized said he would address the situation, and was trying to improve the quality of their food and the establishment. We will give them another try because of this.

They were so sweet. Even though I showed up a little late for my breakfast pickup order. They checked in on us while they made everything fresh, and they gave my daughter some apples while we waited. They could have jus refunded me but didn't, love yall ❤️

I asked for a chocolate frosty cold brew. I got a vanilla iced coffee I think that is what it tastes like.. The rest of my food in order was great

The food was made as ordered. I ordered a single no onion and no bun. Staff was friendly and respectful. I went through the drive-through.
