Servers where very nice but overwhelmed. Food was good.
Great place to watch the game when it's hot! Wonderful bar selection. Good buffet. Pricey, but worth it. Make reservations ahead of scheduled date. Can't wait to go again.

The terrace club during an Indians game is a fantastic idea. Our experiences was today August 7th. We parked in the east parking garage $15 on the third level we walked across a little bridge and there was the terrace club. We did make reservations and they were serving the Sunday brunch menu and they had a brunch buffet. $35 per person we enjoyed made to order omelets french toast, little egg McMuffin sandwiches, they had salad they had snacks nachos, peanuts, popcorn, they had fresh fruit they had hot dogs and bratwurst and brownies and cookies. Today was a very hot day 90° with feels like 100° temperatures. The terrace club is air conditioned. We were seated at 11:15 and we could stay the whole game they say on the website that it's an hour and a half and I'm not sure if that would be during another time. Not a Sunday brunch. However we were not rushed and it didn't seem like they had many more reservations after the 11:15 seating. Our server's name was Eddie and he was fantastic. Soft drinks are included with the buffet you could also order beer and cocktails for an extra charge.
I like getting to the game early and going to the Terrace Club. The food is pretty good; not high end. But the atmosphere is awesome. Nice to relax and watch the teams practice.
Good, but portions could be larger, service was pretty good! Staff was very friendly and personable all around!
We visited the Terrace Club on opening weekend for Easter Brunch. The food ans service was great. You can't get a better view in the city as the Guardians proceeded to overtake the Mariners after 12 innings.
Great time watching the guardians beat Kansas City. Food, service and atmosphere was fantastic.
The buffet was only $26 for a mid day game, good quality food and decent service.
Great place and experience. Disappointed I could only get the buffet. But overall a great experience.
