My kids and I love coming here! The different decorations they display is always so fun. Our orders are always right and everyone there is always so nice to us. No complaints Thank you so much everyone 😊
Been going here on and off for years, never had much of an issue. Every single employee I've dealt with has been wonderful, whether it was in the drive thru or inside. The service is pretty fast, and even if you have to wait a moment for your order, it doesn't feel like you're waiting long. Great spot to hang out with friends on warmer days.
Beyond out did themselves ! The halloween decorations are amazing my kids loved coming up and seeing everything . Customer service by the entire staff was also amazing 10/10 for this store the kids who are working hard and the amazing management tonight who gave us excellent service
Best Dairy Queen in Cleveland area. All the employees are great and friendly. Never had a bad blizzard always made to perfection!
They are quick , accurate and polite. Very different than most places now. I hope the owner or manager can give all their crews some praise and hopefully compensate for a job well done. I would not want to lose this money making crew.
They open at 10:30am. They are accommodating to those waiting.
I've been going to this location since I was a kid. Best location, hands down. Always great service, great deals throughout the week, & very friendly staff. Never had an issue here. Best ice cream cakes, too.

The staff was amazing, very nice and polite. They greeted us and smiled so happy. Chili dogs very good ice cream as always good. Clean environment.
