The young brother with the face tattoos, who works evenings. He EMBODIES Customer Service!! Something that has become a lost art in Fast Food these days… But hes the main reason this is my Go-To Taco Bell.
Ordered two (2) Burrito Supreme's for my nephew on way home..No wait to order through the Drive-thru..Wait to pick-up was at most..2 minutes..Exiting from Drive-thru was an issue, though. Left comment about that issue below. Thank you. Respectfully Glenn
I go out of my way for this location when I want Taco Bell. The workers at the drive through are always polite, and I have NEVER had a negative experience regarding service. This location also follows order customizations well when you want something special, and are spending extra, they make sure to follow the modifications made in a mobile order. The food is always accurate too, many locations simply don't put the correct ingredients on what you order. This is the best taco bell that I know of.
Now you know I love me some Taco Bell Taco Bell on West 150th get there early the food is hot crispy and fresh the drinks are cold the service is good the managers are beautiful and caring and the service is great that is the main spot I eat at over all the other restaurants Taco Bell baby come on in food is hot drink drinks are cold Services good the lines may be a little long because people know that's a good restaurant inside is clean services the same so visit Taco Bell on West 150th I love it there I'm in and out with my food and my tummy I love thanks Taco Bell and they stay open late to y'all go get some Taco Bell
They have improved a lot. Faster service, better service and the food is good there. They don't skimp on the ingredients anymore either. I might be going easy on them, but that's because I'm taking into account they're one of the busiest stores in town.
Service was pretty good. The lady behind the counter must've been new, but she did a nice job. Store was clean. You could order and dine in.
I ordered online. Waited 10 minutes in drive thru to pick my order up to be told they didn't have more than half my order. Mind you I ordered like fries w/cheese (didn't have) 3 cheese roll ups(didn't have), box meal (didn't have chips and cheese or taco) ordered potatoes, ordered pinto and cheese (didn't have). Now I get being out of some things but the 1 that got me the most was cheese roll up. How are you making anything else on the menu you without soft tortilla and cheese? To add insult to injury the girl on the intercom could not have been ruder about the situation. She told me to start don't have items so I could swap or cancel my order. She became upset when I asked which items were nit available. (Not sure why she was mad because you didn't contact me, email me or tell until I asked) very unprofessional.
This Taco Bell has me infatuated. Their rice is sub-par - definitely needs some work - not saying the workers can't finnesse in the kitchen but maybe the product is bad. Quick service and very reliable as a home base Taco Bell. Workers are friendly.
Decently timed service! Usually fresh at the Memphis location!
Very fast service and always great quality food. It is a very easy place to grab a quick bite to eat.
