One of my absolute favorite pizza joints in Parma! Food is always yummy, delivery drivers are always friendly and usually early, I can't say enough good things about this place. My family has ordered delivery and carry out from P. Jay's over a dozen times in the last year, and we're consistently happy with our meals.

I'm overall just impressed by this place. Had a small issue and the team went above and beyond to fix the situation. Totally shocked me how professional these guys are. As for the FOOD, no doubt this is the best pizza place in Parma. The sauce was dead on and the dough was the perfect blend of crispy but still doughy. Very generous on the toppings and they use premium products. Fan for life! Check these guys out you won't be let down.
First-time ordering their gluten free for a family member. Best gluten free pizza we have tasted yet !!! YUM😋 I am always pleased with the service and quality of food at PJays. We have loved PJ's for years. The last few deliveries were cold and lacking of ingredients. You have redeemed yourself! Today's delivery was hot, fresh, cheesy (ordered Xtra cheese) and delicious!❤️
We have ordered here too many Browns Sundays to count. The order always comes on time, fresh, and always taste great with some brews ona gameday with friends. Pjay's knows how to make a solid pie, if you live in Parma and haven't tried them, I suggest you do.

Staying at a hotel in Cleveland and ordered from here because it was fairly close and decent DD delivery time. Wife got wings well done and I got a pizza with garlic butter sauce, half double pepperoni, half pepperoni and ‘old world’ sausage also well done. Order was correct and delivered on time. Food was really good. Sausage had a really good flavor. Crust had a nice chew to it. I really liked that they have sauce options as I don’t like red sauce. Only thing better would be old world pepperoni and option to add some nacho cheese cups to dunk the end of the crust in. I love pizza and would definitely order here again when I’m in Cleveland.
Ordered online but they lost our ticket, the owner I believe came back out with our order free of charge and cookies! That’s what I call amazing customer service!
