If small hole-in-the-wall restaurants are you thing then this is the place to be! Simple bar with subs and quick Italian cuisine. All the food is already made so there is little to no wait. I personally had the Stromboli and Italian wedding soup and it was awesome!! If you want a good spot to hang out with some friends downtown and don't want to go to a crowded bar or restaurant this is the place to go.

I was bar hopping in Cleveland after a Cavs game and was underwhelmed with what I was finding. Then I walked into HPT. Awesome location and ambiance. Britt the bartender dug out a rolling rock for me and was attentive and an overall good dude. What was supposed to be a 1 beer stop turned into a 2 hour session. Met several other friendly locals and the owner...all good people. Would definitely go back. And thanks again for the fireball.

Great service, convenient location and good beer and liquor selection. If you're in town for an Indians, Cavs or Browns game (or anything else) this is a great place.

Local bar feel in the middle of downtown! Reasonable prices for drinks... Stop here before heading to the game and don't overpay for your first drink!
