Great SOUP, but than there's the staff.... I love the soup and I have never encountered any issues with it or with the staff until today! I haven't been in a few months, and the newer guy working today was not very pleasant at all. He seemed to be frustrated with me because I had some questions. I pointed to a soup and he replied, "well since you are pointing, I will just tell you the names of all the soups." This may have been ok if I had asked, but his tone was a bit offensive. Even when I entered the store, I spoke to him, he didn't speak to me. Although the soup is excellent in most cases, my continued support is based on quality customer service as well as a quality product. I will give it another try, and hopefully the tall guy will be more respectful and pleasant. Seems he had some personal issues, but next time I will not be so nice and I will not ignore his unkindness. I just don't understand people some times when it comes to work. Just be intelligent about the way you deal with people.

Last visit, I ordered the Lobster Bisque. While not as good as some other lobster bisque that I've had locally, it is a solid option that I always enjoy. If you haven't been before, I suggest checking them out. It is the perfect time of year for soup!
Out of the many Souper Market Cleveland locations, I had a great experience at this one. I walked in and saw about 6 other people crowded in the small store, figured I was gonna be in there for a little while. But within a minute the guy took my order, and I was literally in and out in 2 minutes. And they weren't sold out of the pulled chicken noodle soup like the Fairview location was the other day.
Best soup and grilled cheese sandwiches in the downtown area! I’ve visited maybe 3 times and the 🥣 soups are banging and satisfying. My favorite is the jambalaya pulled chicken, chicken andouille sausage, and crawfish 😋 All the foods taste fresh and homemade at location. Speaking of, it’s in the perfect block in Ohio City, definitely make a stop here when you’re in the area 😊
I absolutely love there fresh salads and soups. I've been coming for years. Everything on the menu is good to me. Highly recommend stopping for lunch. Salads are so big 2 ppl can it on them.
Soups tasted great. Got the 3 -8oz soup option, and it was awesome to get to try the different soups in one meal.
I found a plastic wrapper in my jambalaya though, so I was disappointed in the prep care. I thought the plastic in the soup was a bad look.
Great place to grab a wholesome quick lunch . They offer a great variety of soups , salads for any eater ! I’ve had a few different flavors of the soups and they were all equally great . The salads are some of the best as well . Clean and very helpful friendly staff makes it the place to grab a bite.

The chicken soup tastes like it was made by mom. So good! Don’t forget the amazing bread!
This was a real find. We LOVED it. 6 or 8 fresh soups. You can taste each one of you want. The staff was very friendly.
This little place on the corner is incredible for how cheap it is. We got 16 oz and 12 oz soup with a salad. It comes with warm fresh bread and was only $20. Both soups (some red chicken soup, paprikaish, and vegan split pea) were amazing and there’s a wide range of salads to choose from. Great place highly recommend
