I ordered through the app and paid in advance. My thoughts were to drive to the window, pick up my order and leave, all which should have taken no more then five minutes. However, that was not how my night went.
I got to the window, and the staff was unable to find my order. I asked if I had the correct address, and he confirmed that I did. I gave the employee my order number and told him what it should have been and still he was unable to find me. Still remaining patient, I asked him what do we do from here. How do we solve this problem? He replied very calmly that he'd need to make some calls to see what happened.
After a few short conversations, he was able to find my order receipt. My food was made fresh just as it is any other day that I visit this location, and he brought it to my car.
The employee was very calm, patient, welcoming and understanding. He didn't make me feel like I did something wrong or that I was trying to make up an order, to get free pizza. He went the extra mile to figure out what happened and what was wrong. I wish I got his name but I did not. What I can say is that I believe he was the manager at the time of my arrival. He was of brown skin, long hair and he wore glasses. Very, very friendly. Am looking forward to returning as the customer service here, and the fresh pizza is the reason why I only go to this location.
Wonderful. The people have always been nice to me, and they almost always have hot and ready pizzas ready to grab when I walk in. A lot of the other Little Caesars are always sold out of them when they're supposed to have them but this one has always been good about it. 😊👍 I'm not a fan of the prices going up at the beginning of this year what can you do.
