I am usually somewhat skeptical of restaurants inside hotels. While in Cincinnati for a conference I had heard positive things about this restaurant and decided to try it. Wow! It was such a relaxing place to have an evening meal. It is a beautiful restaurant to experience with the art deco style. The service could not have been better. It is so nice to sit down for a meal and not feel that you're being rushed through it. The live piano music was a nice touch. We had chicken wing appetizers, shrimp scampi, and a salmon dish. The food was perfect and so was the presentation. Dinner for two with appetizer and tip ran a bit under $100.

Overall this location was beautiful and the food was pretty delicious. Our server seemed incredibly annoyed that we were there and would generally seem miserable the entire evening. He was not friendly or very helpful. The spinach was almost all lemon juice, and I could not eat it (I love cooked spinach, so this was disappointing). The French onion soup was delicious! As were the salmon and the mushrooms risotto. And the drinks were perfectly made as well, very tasty. So mixed review experience here overall.

A phenomenal art deco bar located in the heart of downtown Cincinnati! Every turn is absolutely breathtaking! I didn't know Cincinnati had such a place and I most definitely recommend checking it out. It hold lots of architecture, marble work, artwork, metal work, and all things art deco. Awesome employees throughout the hotel and restaurant. Would most definitely recommend!

Gorgeous decor, but I was blown away by our servers kindness. Wow just attentive and sweet. Thank you. The food was yummy and so were the mimosas.

Amazing architectural details, amazing bartenders and pretty good food. It's probably one of the best hotel bar/restaurants I've been to.

Have been here twice now for the tasting menu. The first time(about two years ago) it was great! It was ten courses and it seemed most of it came special from the chef (Only a one or two courses were from the regular menu). This time was good as well but did not blow our socks off like the first time. It was eight courses, but everything was from the menu so it didn’t seem as special. Also, I believe the menu said $120 for the tasting menu/ person but when the bill came, it was $130. It does not seem like much when we paid about a total of $500 for the two of us but it is worth noting. Also we were there for almost 5 hours from the time we were seated. I would like to have seen a faster pace. The wait staff is always fabulous and attentive.

Celebrated Easter with an elegant Sunday Brunch at the 'Orchids at Palm Court'. Visiting from out-of-town, we chose this restaurant based on great reviews and were very pleased. The Art Deco interior with soaring ceilings was reminiscent of a stately cruise ship. Situated inside the historic Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza, it was within easy walking distance of our downtown hotel. The brunch offered an amazing array of hot and cold gourmet items, including specialty salads, fresh seafood, carved meats, made-to-order omelets, veggies, and pastries. The buffet was self-serve, but an attentive waitstaff provided champagne, mimosas, coffee, and other beverages. We had reservations for a set time, but, had to wait, as did many others. However, the 'good news' of the holiday, being with family, enjoying the old-world setting and later a wonderful meal, made up for the long wait. A historic place with well-prepared food, it was especially good for this special occasion. The upscale brunch was pricey, but, well worth it for adults. If you don't mind paying premium prices, there were limited selections that might appeal to smaller children. For holidays, make reservations well in advance. TIP: Call the restaurant directly, if you are unable to make a reservation through 'Open Table.'

A once in a lifetime experience that was worthy of 5 stars. Every course that we had was paired with a wine that Morgan helped choose for us. If you want a unique and special eating experience than look no further than the Orchids at Palm Court. From the historic 1930's when this hotel was built to the renovations with themed venues. Our waiter, Chauncey was a delight and took us for a tour.

Elegant and sophisticated. A welcome respite from the hustle and bustle of the modern world. Dine in art deco splendor.
