The food is wonderful and I love it but when it comes to the delivery drivers they are very rude and make me not want to deal with the store however I still will order and eat from this location.
This is the best ! Chinese in Cincinnati bar none.I wish they would open one closer to white Oak/Colerain I would have takeout every night lol !
I've had food from this place twice now and can't complain. Had delivery both times as well. Also, the chicken seemed fresh and not hardened like most of my other experiences with Chinese takeout elsewhere. Additionally, they are quick to taking your order and super quick on getting the food to the house. Will continue to order from them. They even throw in extras here and there like an extra rangoon or two.
The only change that I think would help would be if they had a website so online ordering would be possible.

I'm a Fan. I am picky about my Chinese Food. I agree the service kind of stinks, but the food is worth it. The spicy meals are edible - and I'm a wuss on spicy foods (General Tso's Chicken), but the bland meals are still flavorful (Moo Goo Gai Pan). The Wontons, Egg Rolls, Rice and Lo Mein are all really great as left-overs, too.
Special Combination Shrimp with Garlic Sauce. Shrimp with vegetables in a spicy sauce. Comes with rice and an egg roll. Delicious!
Always hot, fast and spot on.. In countless trips to this location I have yet to find any flaws. I call my orders in always and am told ten minutes til pickup. Nine times out of ten I arrive in about 8 minutes and it's ready and ten out of ten it's piping hot when I get home. The ladies behind the counter are always courteous and accurate, although the English is a little rough at times. I highly recommend this spot and will continue to frequent it as well.
Super-FAST and always HOT!. While the amount of shrimp you get in the beef/shrimp hunan or the amount of broccoli you get in the broccoli with garlic sauce can vary quite a bit, delivery is always super-fast and friendly...the food is usually so hot, it burns my hands when I take the containers out of the bag. Delicious!! And the crab rangoon appetizer is the bestest!! Not the freshest ingredients and some inconsistency but still great for cheap Chinese!
I have been there numerous times now. My favorite and usual is the Shrimp Egg Foo Young. You can get it as its own meal, served with white rice and gravy.

I moved around the corner from this place a year ago and was happy to find a Chinese restaurant near by. I absolutely love this place and they deliver as well. Food is always fresh and hot. I've never had a problem here in the year I've been going.

Yummy I prefer vegetable fried rice but was pretty good first time delivery I usually pick up was quick he said 20 mins it was here I was super hungry too
They are amazing. Christmas dinner got messed up so we had to go get dinner from them on Christmas. It was amazing food at a great price. It really helped save my families holiday.
