First time trying Potbelly in Ohio and this was a great meal! My gf got the new Gyro flat and mac&cheese which she loved. I got the Pizza Melt and some broccoli cheddar soup, everything was very good. The cookie I got was huge and the perfect dessert after our meal. We'll definitely be back to try other stuff because there's a good amount of options!
I just had lunch at a place nearby and stop by just to get a drink. John, behind the counter was so nice to comp me a drink you now have a loyal customer for life. I think your food is always consistently good and now I will be coming back to this particular location due to the kindness an expert representation of John
I tried the roast beef sandwich and it was tasty. We had to wait for some time as there was just one guy in the whole restaurant. However, he gave us complimentary chips and soda in order to compensate for the time we had to wait. I liked the gesture and that is what customer service should be like.
Traditional sandwich shop. Standard dining fair, clean and well maintained interior, but what pushes this establishment into 5 star service is the antics of one Robert. This kind individual plays the straight man to the comedy stylings of the local law enforcement. His smile and personality could fill a room. I plan on visiting again just to sample the chicken club, a few laughs, and stories about Robert's bowling teammates Moses, Lazarus, and Ruth.
Pro Tip. Robert is hard of hearing he like it when you shout at him.
Just wanted to throw out a 5 star review because I got a sandwich tonight that was delicious, but the service was some of the best I’ve gotten at a fast service food place! Super impressed by the closing team this evening!
Had a big event and ordered had a large delivery order. They were on time, the food was fresh and it was a huge hit with everyone.
Will order from them again.

This is such a cute little food chain I had never tried before. Really good sandwiches, the staff were friendly enough, and the sugar cookies and their milkshakes are pretty heck'n good too. I've been here several times and every time it's quick and efficient.
I would like to see menu additions like BBQ sauce or other fun things, it is a pretty basic menu like your every other sandwich place.
The atmosphere at this location is always friendly, and the food is always made to order. Can't go wrong here!
