First time trying Potbelly in Ohio and this was a great meal! My gf got the new Gyro flat and mac&cheese which she loved. I tried the roast beef sandwich and it was tasty. We had to wait for some time as there was just one guy in the whole restaurant. However, he gave us complimentary chips and soda in order to compensate for the time we had to wait. I liked the gesture and that is what customer service should be like.

Had a big event and ordered had a large delivery order. They were on time, the food was fresh and it was a huge hit with everyone.
