Market Creations Cafe

The former location inside the Opera House reminded of a school cafeteria, so I stopped going. I visited the new location and was pleasantly surprised. The establishment is clean, modern and well lit..and now includes more seating and bar service. I'm not a fan of buffets, as some people show little respect for sneeze guards, so I tend to go as soon as they fill the chaffing dishes and trays. Great variety of hot and cold food. I'm happy they've included a sushi and korean bar which allows more food options for vegans.

For the amount of variety in cuisines, the food is consistently pretty decent. For the buffet I have a lot of issue with the fact that there are no scales to measure how much you're actually going to have to pay when you're done. Paninis are decent, they do the job if you're craving one, but otherwise I wouldn't bother.

Love the new market creation. There are much more options and they even have a sushi and Korean bar. It can add up since it's charged by the weight, but the food is good and the venue is more modern and classy, and they have outdoor seating. It's a great lunch spot, I'll be checking their breakfast soon, if they still have one.

Is it over-priced... Somewhat yes. Value for money.. 3/5 You may not be disappointed with the food; i tried it during lunch time and I was able to pick a few delicious entrees. Cold salad bar was quite disappointing. I picked a few items, it was quite tangy. I liked the Jefferson location better than Wacker For quick-bite, this place gets 5/5 ratings

The customer service is horrible here, the prices are overrated to be served leftovers everyday. The oatmeal is watery like soup. The cashiers are rude and do not have any customer service skills. The price started at $8.25, and then $8.49, and now 9.25 for leftovers this company should be ashamed of this. The watermelon is sour, the lettuce is wet so the price can be higher for weight.
