Enjoy your coffee in spite of the hustle and bustle of the city with an amazing view of The Art Institute of Chicago located just across the street.
The service unfortunately lacks as they're trying to compete with an onslaught of customers. Our drinks were exactly as we ordered them and we didn't have to fight too hard to find a seat before going on to enjoy the rest of our day, now a little more reenergized from the caffeine.

Decently neat Starbucks with an amazing location as it's right by the Art Institute of Chicago. You'll need to order something if you want to use the restroom as it's protected by a passcode.

Just another typical Starbucks. They seemed short staffed. We waited about 10 minutes for 1 drink. The 2 people who were making drinks were working hard and quick. They just needed more people at that busy Michigan Ave location. They also had 2 giant air conditioners taking up space.

Feels weird to be writing a review of a Starbucks, but we had a deeply pleasant cup of coffee here. The location right across from the Art Institute makes for exceptional people watching, and the service was fast and friendly.

I stop by almost daily before I head into work. Hands down the best Starbucks location I have ever been to. Exceptional staff and customer service. They work very hard and fast to ensure you get your order in a timely manner. Thank you!

Wonderful atmosphere and always great energy from all staff members at this location! They are also very efficient and have my order ready way earlier than expected. You can tell this location is a very well oiled machine and I appreciate all staff members. Amazing job!

Just love the Starbucks atmosphere. I usually go there for cold brews whilst on working on myself projects online. Great thing is you can enjoy free WIFI if you have limited data connection.
