My hat comes off to the great staff that we're so happy and working Christmas day!! Even though there is no real unique Starbucks experience the staff made this one. We order some hot cocoas and they were delicious as usual, So no complaints there. The place was also super clean as well
Just another typical Starbucks. They seemed short staffed. We waited about 10 minutes for 1 drink. The 2 people who were making drinks were working hard and quick. They just needed more people at that busy Michigan Ave location. They also had 2 giant air conditioners taking up space.
Decently neat Starbucks with an amazing location as it's right by the Art Institute of Chicago. You'll need to order something if you want to use the restroom as it's protected by a passcode.

Was the first time I used my own cup at a Starbucks branch (I’m so proud of myself). I was served by Montse (which is a very unique name, I liked it). The service was quick and efficient. While my drink was a little hot it was definitely good and not too sweet. Thank you Montse.

Feels weird to be writing a review of a Starbucks, but we had a deeply pleasant cup of coffee here. The location right across from the Art Institute makes for exceptional people watching, and the service was fast and friendly.
Starbucks directly across from the Art Museum Chicago. Clean, nice servers, great place to get your Chicago Starbucks cups and mugs. The only thing we did not like was the bathrooms were messy and one had no toilet paper. Other than that we liked this place.

Wonderful atmosphere and always great energy from all staff members at this location! They are also very efficient and have my order ready way earlier than expected. You can tell this location is a very well oiled machine and I appreciate all staff members. Amazing job!

Just love the Starbucks atmosphere. I usually go there for cold brews whilst on working on myself projects online. Great thing is you can enjoy free WIFI if you have limited data connection.
