Asked if they could blend in a banana with my frappe, but replied they don't have any whole fruit like that. I'm not sure if that's typical or not since I don't frequent Starbucks. Other than that, was a pretty good experience, service was fairly quick and staff was really nice.

This location is busy as heck, but the baristas are quick and make fantastic drinks. One of the best in the city.

This location is inside the hotel, and it's always a little crowded and noisy. Standard Starbucks fare. Very nice staff!

Nice place to make a pitstop when downtown. Nor as hectic as some of the other downtown starbucks and lots of comfortable seating.

Greatest Starbucks ever. The staff are amazing, the drinks are made quickly, and they will often give you a discount if they recognize you. The decor inside is beautiful and very well lit if you need to get some work done in here.

This Starbucks is perfectly located for those guests staying at the Palmer House or those walking on the streets of Chicago. It was very quick and the baristas were friendly!
